After more than 20 years of marriage, Deepak Tijori discovers that his marriage is null?

Deepak Tijori has been married to his wife Shivani for over two decades. Recently, he was thrown out of his house, and according to Spotboye, his wife suspected him of having an extramarital affair. Reportedly, she had also demanded maintenance from the actor under the 125 CRPC.

However, when Deepak visited a lawyer he got the shock of his life. Well, the actor’s wife had never divorced her first husband, which makes Deepak’s marriage with her as null. And now, the actor has filed a counter case against his wife.

A friend of the actor has been quoted saying, “Shivani’s marriage to Deepak is null and void if she hadn’t divorced her first husband. So why should Deepak maintain her cost of living?” Talking about their daughter, the friend said, “Samara is not a minor, she is 20 years old. So she doesn’t qualify for maintenance.
