After Salman Khan, Jawan star Shah Rukh Khan gets Y+ security

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan has been the talk of the town ever since he delivered two hits this year, Pathaan and the recently released Jawan. SRK is on cloud nine as he basks under the massive success of both films. However, as per reports, the Jawan actors has been receiving multiple threats post Pathaan and the Atlee directorial. In view of the threats, Shah Rukh Khan is being provided with Y+ security by the Maharashtra police.

SRK gets Y plus security amid death threats

According to reports, the threat to Shah Rukh Khan’s life is significantly increasing due to which the Y+ security is being provided to him. Shah Rukh Khan will be provided Y plus security across India. Not only this, he will be surrounded by six armed bodyguards at all times. The security will be armed with MP-5 machine guns, AK-47 assault rifles, and Glock pistols. Along with this, SRK’s house Mannat will also have four policemen who will be armed at all times.

Y+ security is granted to those who have the perception of high threats. Y+ security carries the deployment of six personal security officers who work round the clock. Along with this, it also entails five heavily armed guards who are stationed at the residence of the person who needs the security.

Actors who were provided special security

Previously, Salman Khan was also provided the cover of Y plus security after he had received several death threats from the Bishnoi gang. While a few guards have been with him, several more were positioned outside his residence. Along with SRK and Salman Khan, actor Akshay Kumar was also provided with X security as he is often targeted on his social media handles. Moreover, director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, and several celebs were provided with the cover of special security.
