After Sanjay Dutt, sister Namrata gets candid about his biopic- ‘Sanju’

The makers of ‘Sanju’ have released a trailer as well as three songs from the film. From trailer to songs, everything in the film has got a thumbs up from the audience as well as critics. After Sanjay Dutt, now his sister Namrata has opened up about his biopic featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.

Talking to SpotboyE from Goa where she is holidaying currently, Namrata said that she is happy with the fact that the film’s maker, Rajkumar Hirani has cast Ranbir Kapoor to essay her brother’s role. (Also Read: 5 films of Ranbir Kapoor that we are eagerly looking forward to)

Namrata added, “Because Ranbir looks somewhat like young Sanjay and he has nailed Sanjay’s mannerisms and style very well. Importantly, he is a good actor.”

“I am very curious,” she concluded. Apart from, Ranbir, Sanju stars Manisha Koirala, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal, Vicky Kaushal and Karishma Tanna in important roles. The film will hit the theaters on 29th June this year.

After this, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ alongside Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. He also has films like ‘Shamshera’ and Luv Ranjan’s untitled next.
