After the smashing success of Gadar 2, Sunny Deol to announce Border 2 soon?

Sunny Deol is currently enjoying the success of his latest film Gadar 2. The actor is once again winning hearts as Tara Singh in the sequel. While Sunny is back as Tara Singh, Ameesha Patel is reprising her role as Sakina. The Anil Sharma directorial is unstoppable at the box office. As he continues to entertain the audience, we hear that Sunny Deol starrer Border sequel is on the cards.

Sunny Deol starrer Border 2 is on cards?

As reported by Pinkvilla, Sunny along with JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta are teaming up to bring India’s biggest war film, Border 2. The report further added that Sunny and team have been discussing the probability of making the sequel of Border for the last 2-3 years. It is said that everything has fallen into place and the makers will soon make an official announcement regarding the sequel.

Apart from Sunny, Border also starred Suniel Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Jackie Shroff, and Pooja Bhatt among others. If the reports turn out to be true, it’ll be a treat for the fans.

Coming back to Gadar 2, it is directed by Anil Sharma. Apart from Sunny and Ameesha, Utkarsh Sharma has also delivered a terrific performance in the film. For the uninitiated, the film has already crossed 300 core mark at the domestic box office. The film is running successfully in the theatres.

Well, a few days ago, director Anil Sharma hinted at the third part of Gadar. At the film’s success party, he had said, “Intezar ka fal meetha hota hai, just like this one (Gadar 2).”

For the unversed, Gadar 2 was released on the same day as Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2. Both the films released on 11^th of August.
