Ahead of Raksha Bandhan trailer, Akshay Kumar drops NEW poster, enjoys scooter ride with his onscreen sisters

Akshay Kumar starrer Raksha Bandhan has been making headlines ever since it was announced. Raksha Bandhan is one of the most anticipated films of this year. The film’s trailer will be out today. Ahead of trailer release, Akshay Kumar shared a new poster and it will leave you excited.

The poster features Akshay and his onscreen sisters. Akshay can be seen riding a scooter with sidecar with his sisters in tow.

Sharing the poster on Instagram, Akshay wrote, “Togetherness is knowing each other’s secrets, joys, happiness and hearts. Togetherness is life. And what’s life without a family. Come join this beautiful family. We are waiting for you. #RakshaBandhanTrailer coming out today. So set a reminder for 5.40 pm. #ReturnToFeelings #RakshaBandhan11August.”

Akshay had also shared a poster of his film on Monday. The poster showed Akshay hugging his onscreen sisters. He had captioned it, “It’s a story of love, joy, family and the unbreakable bond that binds them… come to be part of this grand celebration of life.”

Raksha Bandhan is directed by Aanand L Rai and it also stars Bhumi Pednekar, Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb and Smrithi Srikanth. The film is slated to release on 11 August.

Akshay has interesting projects in the pipeline. He recently starred in Samrat Prithviraj. Manushi Chhillar played the female lead. Samrat Prithviraj marked her debut in Bollywood. The film failed to perform well at the box office. Apart from Raksha Bandhan, Akshay’s upcoming film includes Oh My God 2, Mission Cinderella and Ram Setu.
