Aishwarya looking forward to join the team of ‘Fanney Khan’

The shooting of ‘Fanney Khan’ kickstarted a few days ago, but Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who plays the female lead in the movie is yet to start the shooting of the film. Recently, the actresses attended Vogue Women of the Year Awards and was honoured with Vogue Influencer Of The Decade Award.

At the red carpet the actress revealed that she is looking forward to join the team of ‘Fanney Khan’. Aishwarya said, “Good luck to the entire team of ‘Fanney Khan’. I am looking forward to joining the team and enjoying the process of filmmaking. I would talk more about the film in the course of time.”

‘Fanney Khan’ is a remake of Dutch film ‘Everybody’s Famous’. It is produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and KriArj Entertainment. It is being directed by Atul Manjrekar and also stars Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Divya Dutta. The movie is slated to hit the screens on April 13, 2017. Aishwarya was last seen on the big screen in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ in which she had a very glamorous role. Her performance in the movie too had impressed everyone. In ‘Fanney Khan’ too, the actress will be seen in glamorous role. It is said that Aishwarya plays the role of a singing sensation in the film.
