Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opts for red to meet the French President

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan one of the worlds most beautiful woman was spotted attending a special luncheon hosted by the French Ambassador Francois Richier in honour of French President Francois Hollande. The ‘Jazbaa’ actress looking ravishing in a  red Banarasi silk saree floored the french with her elegant look.

The President who is in the country as the chief guest at the Republic Day parade will attend the lunch after the parade on Rajpath. Aishwarya took time of from her busy schedule and attended the lunch.  Aishwarya has been a regular at the Cannes International Film Festival, also has been a recipient of the prestigious ‘Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters’, a civilian award by the French government.

For her meet with the French President, Aishwarya chose a creation that’s deeply rooted in Indian technique and craft. It has been weaved with natural fibres in Benaras using vegetable dyes.

The beauty had also wished her fans on the Republic Day.
