Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shares FIRST post after ED probe in Panama Papers Leak Case

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was summoned by Enforcement Directorate in relation to the Panama Papers Leak Case. the actress was summoned to the Delhi office where she was interrogated in relation to the case. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai has shared her first post after the interrogation in the ED probe where she wished her parents on their 52 wedding anniversary with a heartfelt post.

The actress shared a throwback picture with her parents Vrinda Rai and late father Krishnaraj Rai. The couple were all smiles for the camera. Sharing the picture on her Instagram account, Aishwarya wrote in the caption, “✨?Happy Anniversary dearest, darling MommyDoddaaa-DaddyAjjaaa ????LOVE YOU❤️and THANK YOU so much for All your unconditional Love and Blessings… always❣️?????✨(sic)”

Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate has recorded the statement of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in relation to the Panama Papers Leak case over allegations of stashing wealth abroad under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. It is also said that the actress had submitted documents about the foreign payments in relation to the investigation.

The Bachchan family’s name had appeared back in 2004 when ED has issued notices to them questioning them about the foreign remittances since 2004 under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) of the Reserve Bank of India.

Talking about Aishwarya’s work front, the actress will be seen next in Mani Ratnam’s directorial Ponniyin Selvan. The actress was last seen in 2018 in the movie Fanney Khan.
