Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would love to do a Marathi film

Marathi film industry is fast evolving. With the kind of films they are producing, Marathi cinema has carved a respectable place for itself in the hearts of movie lovers. Not just the audience, even Bollywood stars are fascinated with Marathi films. With stars like Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan and others venturing into Marathi Cinema, we now have Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who would love to explore the world of Marathi Cinema. At the music launch of Vikram Phadnis’ Marathi film ‘Hrudayantar’, Aishwarya revealed that she would love to a Marathi film.

She was quoted saying, “I would love to. Thanks for asking me this question in front of public and media. I have never been one to cater to all these expected norms. I have carved my own journey and I think my career is proof enough for that. So, of course I would love to work in Marathi as well as in any other language the film is being presented to me.”

She further added, “As long as the script excites me and I am happy to work with the team, then of course I would love to.” Well, we would really love to see her in a Marathi film. She has already made her mark in regional cinema by featuring in Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali films, and it would be nice to see her in a Marathi film as well.
