Ajay Devgn and Nana Patekar have earlier worked together and shared screen space in movies like ‘Bhoot’, ‘Apaharan’ and ‘Raajneeti’ and now the two talented actors are all set to team up again.
But this time, it won’t be an onscreen collaboration. With actors venturing into the regional space, Ajay and Nana too will be coming together to co-produce a Marathi film, along with filmmaker Abhinav Shukla and will feature Nana in the lead role. This will not be both theirs first Marathi venture. Earlier in 2014, Ajay had produced a Marathi film, which was a period drama titled ‘Vitti Dandu’. The film was directed by Ganesh Kadam and written by Vikas Kadam. Nana’s last Marathi venture, on the other hand, was ‘Natsamrat’.
The collaboration will be directed by Satish Rajwade and will be a thriller. Further details on the same are still awaited.
When it comes to Bollywood, Ajay is currently shooting for ‘Badshaho’.
