Ajay Devgn and Tabu to come together for Kaithi remake Bholaa

Ajay Devgn recently announced the release date of his new upcoming movie Bholaa starring Tabu which will be directed by Dharmendra Sharma. Bholaa is the Hindi remake of the Tamil blockbuster Kaithi. Ajay and Tabu starrer will release on March 30 next year.

Talking about their characters, Tabu will be seen as a super-cop. Bholaa will be produced by Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Tseries Films, Reliance Entertainment and Dream Warrior Pictures. Ajay took to his social media account and announced the release date of Bholaa.

Ajay wrote, “Proudly announcing my next venture Bholaa, releasing on March 30th, 2023. @adffilms @tseriesfilms @reliance.entertainment @dreamwarriorpictures @dharmendraedt @tabutiful (sic)” The announcement read, “Excited to share with all of you Bholaa, the official remake of the Tamil super hit Kaithi that has Tabu and me in the lead, will release worldwide on March 30, 2023. The action-drama is directed by Dharmendra Sharma (sic).”

Back in 2020, Ajay Devgn had announced that he will be working on the Hindi remake of the Tamil action thriller Kaithi. Apart from producing Bholaa, Ajay will also star in the lead role of the movie.

Bholaa will be directed by Devgn’s cousin Dharmendra Sharma. Talking about the plot of the movie is about an ex-convict who is in search of his daughter who is eager to meet after leaving the prison. But it all goes downhill when he is interrupted by a drug raid.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay will be seen next in Runway 34, Maidaan, Thank God, Drishyam 2 and the actor also has a special appearance in Ranveer Singh starrer Cirkus.
