Ajay Devgn and Tabu to star together in a film, and it’s releasing on…

We earlier reported Ajay Devgn was set to collaborate with ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama’ director Luv Ranjan for a romantic comedy film. The film’s release date has been announced today. On October 18 next year, we get to find it in theatres! What’s even better? We will see him in the movie with none other than Tabu, with who the actor has given many hits, back in the 90s.

‘Pyar Ka Punchnama’ dealt with a boy’s version of a typically romantic love story. The audience found it majorly hilarious and it did great at the box office as well. ‘Pyar Ka Punchnama 2’, however, received mixed reviews as many found it repetitive. But given that the director knows what a rom-com is and Ajay is a pro at comedy, we can quite expect something great to cook.

Ajay’s last release ‘Baadshaho’ proved to be unsuccessful at the box office and didn’t receive great reviews either. Moving on, he is to now work on ‘Sons of Sardar: Battle of Sarargarhi’ and also awaits release of ‘Golmaal Again’ this Deepawali. In latter too, he will be seen with Tabu, who will be back in the genre of comedy after a long time.
