Ajay Devgn is happy with the response to his latest release Drishyam 2. The movie which also features Tabu and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles is on a minting spree at the box office. Devgn who has made a name for himself as a fearless, intense actor recently left his fans stunned as he revealed about his phobia on a popular show.
Ajay Devgn has revealed on The Kapil Sharma show all about his phobia of elevators. The actor confessed that he prefers staying away from lifts since they make him feel claustrophobic.
The Singham star said, “Once I was in a lift and it came hurtling down from the third or fourth floor to the basement. We were stuck inside the lift for more than one and a half hours. I feel claustrophobic in the lift ever since. I have stopped taking lifts since then and I only take stairs.”

On the work front, Ajay Devgn is riding high on the success of Drishyam 2. The edge-of-the-seat thriller has recently entered the 100-crore club. Drishyam 2 is a crime thriller and also features Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta in pivotal roles. The makers are now planning for Drishyam 3 to be made in Hindi and Malayalam with both versions being simultaneously released in the theatres.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn has donned the hat of a director for his next Bholaa. The movie is a remake of a hit Telugu film Kaithi. The story of Bholaa is all about an ex-convict who decides to meet his daughter for the first time after being released from prison. ‘The movie marks Ajay’s fourth directorial film after ‘U, Me Aur Hum’ in 2008, ‘Shivaay in 2016, and ‘Runwav 34’ in 2022.
