Actor Amitabh Bachchan often sends handwritten letters to the actors who have done a good job in their films. Speaking of which, Ajay Devgn has now received an appreciation handwritten letter from his Runway 34 co-star Big B and his heart is filled with pride and gratitude that he can’t express his happiness in words. He quickly took to his Instagram account and dropped a photo of his handwritten letter, mentioning that it was an honour to be working with the megastar.
The Singham actor wrote, “When the illustrious and magnanimous Amitabh Bachchan stars in your directorial venture, it is an honour that is hard to encapsulate in words. And when he uses his heartfelt words in a hand-written note of appreciation it stirs emotions that are a heady mix of gratitude, quiet pride and satisfaction. Thank you Amit ji!”
The Piku actor’s letter read, “Ajay Ajay Ajay. An absolute honour to be a part of ’34’ and to be the recipient of a magnificent director. Your work is superior. The way you have put everything together is simply marvellous. They say it’s your best but I know that there shall be many more ‘bests’. Congratulations.”

Ajay Devgn and Amitabh Bachchan have several films together in their filmy careers. Two stalwart actors have worked together in movies like Satyagraha, Khakee, Major Saab and more. For the unversed, Ajay had even directed senior Bachchan for a schedule of his film Major Saab after their director Tinnu Anand fell ill back then. This time, the Golmaal actor got the chance to direct the 79-years-old actor for a full-fledged movie, Runway 34.
