Ajay Devgn, Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor and others arrive at Akshay Kumar’s residence to offer condolences on his mother’s demise

Bollywood Akshay Kumar lost his mother, Aruna Bhatia, on September 8. She was admitted to a Mumbai hospital as her health deteriorated. Akshay’s mom passed away during the early hours on Wednesday. Yesterday, Akshay Kumar’s family performed the last rites of Aruna Bhatia. Akshay, his wife Twinkle Khanna, their daughter Nitara and several other family members were clicked at the crematorium. A day after Akshay’s mom’s demise, Ajay Devgn, Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor, and several other Bollywood celebrities paid a visit to Akshay Kumar’s residence, to offer condolences. 

A paparazzo took to Instagram to share pictures of Bollywood celebrities arriving at Akshay Kumar’s residence. Ajay Devgn was clicked arriving at Akshay’s residence too. Karan Johar made an appearance as well. Akshay Kumar’s Laxmii co-star Kiara Advani also arrived at the actor’s residence to offer condolences. Producer Abbas Mastaan was also clicked.

Arjun Kapoor visited Akshay’s home to condole the death of Aruna Bhatia. Malaika Arora was also clicked arriving. Arjun and Malaika reached Akshay’s residence in separate vehicles.

Actress Shilpa Shetty also visited Akshay Kumar’s residence. The actress visited Akshay’s home to give her condolences, during late hours on Wednesday. Shilpa rushed to the Bell Bottom actor’s home after welcoming Lord Ganesha at her home. John Abraham was also spotted. 

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s mother’s last rites took place at a crematorium in Vile Parle. Celebrities Riteish Deshmukh, Sajid Khan, filmmaker Rohit Shetty, and producer Ramesh Taurani were clicked.

Akshay who turned a year older on September 9, made a post, earlier in the morning. He remembered his late mother on his Birthday. The actor shared an old picture with his late mother on his social media accounts.
