Ajay Devgn to produce the Hindi remake of Telugu hit Naandhi; joins hands with Dil Raju

Ajay Devgn and V. Venkata Ramana Reddy aka Dil Raju are collaborating for the first time to bring forth an electrifying story. The two stalwarts have acquired the rights of 2021 Telugu hit, Naandhi for the Hindi remake of the film. Naandhi is a crime courtroom drama that received immense critical acclaim and was also a commercial success.

Released on 19 February 2021, Naandhi opened to highly positive reviews. Apart from Allari Naresh, the film features Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Priyadarshi, Harish Uthaman, Vinay Varma, and Praveen play supporting roles

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ajay was last seen in Om Raut’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior co-starring Kajol and Saif Ali Khan. The movie not only received positive reviews from the audience and the critics alike but also made record-breaking collections at the box office last year.

Ajay also has Maidaan in the pipeline where he will be essaying the role of a football coach. He will also be seen playing pivotal roles in films like SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, RRR and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. In both films, he will be seen sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt. The actor is also all set to make his digital debut with Rudra.
