‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ Trailer: Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan’s face off will get you excited

Post ‘Baahubali’s mega-success, our Bollywood filmmakers too have taken the leap of faith and are now offering the viewers some larger-than-life historical drama. Powerhouse performer Ajay Devgn is now all set to enthral the audience with biographical period drama ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’. The trailer of this highly anticipated film was unveiled today.

Starring Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol, Pankaj Tripathi and Sharad Kelkar, ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ is helmed by Om Raut. The film’s story is based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, unsung warrior and the military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire.

In the film, Ajay is playing the titular role whereas Saif is playing Uday Bhan. The trailer of ‘Tanhaji’ is marvellous as it will get you excited for the face-off between Ajay and Saif.

The film’s background by Ajay-Atul and the VFX stand out in the trailer. Both Ajay and Saif are looking menacing and we just can’t wait to watch their face-off on the silver screen. The only thing that I am doubtful of is Ajay’s hairstyle. I wonder if people in those days sported this kind of hairstyle.

Kajol has a few scenes in the trailer and she stands out in each one of them.

‘Tanhaji’ marks Ajay Devgn’s 100th film so naturally, everyone’s expectations from this period drama is already sky-high. Also starring Luke Kenny and Neha Sharma, the film is scheduled to hit the silver screens on January 10 2020.
