Ajay Devgn’s next film ‘Baadshaho’ hits the floor on 15th January

Milan Luthria began his filmmaking journey with actor Ajay Devgn making his debut film ‘Kachche Dhaage.’ The duo who gave a memorable film like ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai,’ are teaming up once again for their next venture titled ‘Baadshaho.’

The makers of this film will start working with a song recording session on January 15. Coincidently this turns out to be memorable for the director as his debut film with Ajay was launched on the same date.

Milan Luthria spoke about this saying, “This is an EXPLOSIVE idea, based loosely on true events that transpired during the Emergency. The action and music are rustic and set in Rajasthan. I am thrilled to collaborate with Bhushan and Ajay, but I don’t want to reveal too much about the film at the moment, except to say that like my other films it will be a blend of action, humour, emotion and one-liners. Rajat Aroraa has written the script, and Bhushan and I plan to produce the film on a grand scale.”

The film has been jointly produced by Milan and Bhushan Kumar, owner of T-series. This movie would mark Milan’s debut in film production.

Earlier this project was delayed for some time due to Ajay Devgn’s directorial ‘Shivaay’ for which the actor requested filmmaker and he happily agreed to this.

The film is planned for a release in the month January 2017 on the Republic Day.
