Akshay Kumar wishes luck to Kapil Sharma for his latest venture

Stand up comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has been in news for all the wrong reasons since some time now. But looking at his Instagram handle we feel that the actor is on a mend and trying to set his career on the right track once again. Kapil who has been in depression had left his fans shocked when a picture where he is looking overweight went viral on the social network. He later shared pictures and videos of his stay at an Ashram in Bangalore where he was undergoing a detox programme to break lose from alcohol addiction and also to lose weight.

However, Kapil had recently made an official announcement about his new venture wherein he has joined hands with producer Sumeet Singh and actor Gurpreet Singh Ghuggi to present a Punjabi film titled ‘Son Of Manjeet Singh’. The movie will be hitting the screens on October 12. Fans and friends wished him luck on his new venture.

Akshay Kumar too took to Twitter on Tuesday, October 2, to wish Kapil luck for his first regional film as a producer. The ‘Housefull’ actor, in his tweet, said, “Sometimes complex but if done correctly a father-son relation can be a beautiful one. Wishing my friends @KapilSharmaK9 and @GurpreetGhuggi all the best for #SonOfManjeetSingh”

Akshay Kumar who is basking in the success of his most recent release ‘Gold’ is currently shooting for his upcoming film ‘Housefull 4’. The actor is also gearing up for the release of his upcoming bilingual ‘2.0’ starring Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson.
