Akshay Kumar aka PadMan has a special message for his wife and superwoman Twinkle Khanna

After shifting it’s original date and not locking horns with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magum opus ‘Padmaavat’, Akshay Kumar-starrer ‘PadMan’ has finally hit the movie screens and is been lauded by both critics and fans.

With this looks like Akshay Kumar is all happy as his inspiring movie is finally garnering praises. And being all excited about it, Akshay Kumar took to his twitter handle and posted a sweet message for his beloved wife Twinkle Khanna, who has turned a producer with this film.

For the unaware, inspired from the life of Arunachalam Muruganatham, the inventor of a low-cost sanitary pad manufacturing machine, Askahy’s film ‘PadMan’ is based on a short story from Twinkle Khanna’s book ‘The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad’. Akshay Kumar plays the role of Lakshmikant Chouhan, the character modeled on Muruganatham, a mechanic who lives in a village in Madhya Pradesh.
