Akshay Kumar goes retro, shares his look from ‘Gold’

Akshay Kumar has kickstarted the shooting of Reema Kagti’s ‘Gold’. The movie is based in the year 1948, when India got its first medal at Olympics, after independence. Akshay, who is quite active on Twitter, shared his look on the micro-blogging site.

Along with a black and white picture of himself, Akshay tweeted, “Set out on a brand new journey, aiming for nothing less than #GOLD! Day 1 of Gold, need your love and best wishes as always :)”

Akshay’s retro look is surely impressive, and we are sure his performance will be something to look forward to.

‘Gold’ is Reema Kagti’s third directorial after ‘Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd.’ and ‘Talaash: The Answer Lies Within’. The movie also stars Mouni Roy, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal and Vineet Singh. It is slated to hit the screens on August 15, 2018.
