Akshay Kumar leaves Amitabh Bachchan embarrassed. Here’s how

Yesterday, the International Film Festival of India came to an end in Goa and our B-Townies glittered through the ceremony with their starry presence. From Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra to Sushant Singh Rajput, the event was a starry affair. There were some key highlights of the special night and one amongst them happens to be Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar’s bonding and camaraderie.

Akshay introduced Big B with the most heart-rending speech. Mr. Bachchan was awarded the Personality of the Year award and Akshay had the most touching words to welcome Big B up on stage. And as Big B made his way to go up on stage, Akshay like a true-blue and respectful gentleman touched his feet. That left Big B completely embarrassed. In his speech, he said that like in America there is Superman, Batman, Spiderman, we in India have Angry Young Man. He further said that Amitabh Bachchan is the father of the industry and on behalf of the industry, if Big B permits, he would love to touch his feet. And he actually did that, which left Big B overwhelmed. However, was so embarrassed with this gesture that when a fan shared the picture of Akshay touching his feet, Big B replied in the most humble manner. He replied, “embarrassed that Akshay does this .. no Akshay this is not done “. Check out his reply here:
