On Tuesday night, Akshay Kumar met Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for dinner at Mumbai’s Trident Hotel. The CM later shared a picture from his interaction with the actor on his Twitter handle. He also shared that they discussed various aspects of the film industry with the ‘Kesari’ actor.
Sharing a picture from his interaction with Akshay, the UP CM tweeted in Hindi, “Met Indian film industry’s popular actor Akshay Kumar in Mumbai today. We discussed about various aspects of the film industry. His (Akshay’s) understanding, dedication and constructivism towards his work is inspiring for the youth.”

According to ANI, Yogi Adityanath is expected to launch a Rs 200 crore Lucknow Municipal bond at the Bombay Stock Exchange on December 2. The news agency also shared a few pictures of the actor’s meeting with the UP CM.

According to PTI, Akshay discussed his upcoming film ‘Ram Setu’ with CM Yogi. Directed by Abhishek Sharma, the film chronicles the story of the Ram Setu bridge.

Reportedly, Yogi Adityanath during his stay in Mumbai will also be discussing the future of proposed film city in Uttar Pradesh with Bollywood personalities. The UP CM is expected to meet other celebs today. While CM tweeted about meeting Akshay, however, the actor didn’t share any details of the meeting they had.
