Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra reunite in York for a biopic

Akshay Kumar is busy with a number of lucrative projects. Recently, a picture of Akshay created a buzz on the social network. The picture is reportedly from Jaswant Singh Gill’s biopic. He was seen in a Punjabi avatar standing amidst a mustard field. Rumours abounded that Parineeti Chopra has been roped in for the biopic. Now Parineeti Chopra confirming the news has shared a picture with the superstar from York.

Yes, the Kesari co-stars are all set to reunite once again. Parineeti Chopra will be seen sharing screen space with the actor in upcoming biopic on a real-life hero. He is known for his bravery in a rescue operation at a coal mine.

Sharing the picture on Instagram Parineeti Chopra wrote, “We are back ? This time the Kesari duo may be shooting in York, but the laughs, jokes, games and Punjabi gupshup is the same ????”

On the work front, Akshay Kumar is gearing up for his upcoming release Raksha Bandhan which is set to hit the big screens on 21st June 2022. The movie also features Bhumi Pednekar as the female lead. He also has Ram Setu with Jacqueline Fernandez, Chote Miyan Bade Miyan with Tiger Shroff, Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi. He also has Mission Cinderella, OMG 2 – Oh My God! 2.

Parineeti Chopra has Sooraj Barjatya ’s Uunchai alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani , and Neena Gupta. Besides it, she also has Imtiaz Ali ’s Amar Singh Chamkila opposite Diljit Dosanjh.
