Akshay Kumar says ‘I’m ready’ as Anupam Kher asks him about Special 26 sequel on 10 years of film release

Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher starrer Special 26 completes 10 years of its release today. Akshay Kumar and Anupam starrer Special 26 was directed by Neeraj Pandey. On the occasion, Anupam asked his Special 26 co-star Akshay about the film’s sequel.

As Special clocked 10 years, Anupam Kher tweeted, “आज हमारी फ़िल्म #Special26 को रिलीज़ हुए 10 साल हो गये।मैंने हमारे होनहार डायरेक्टर @neerajpofficial से कितनी बार कहा कि वो इसका Part-2 बनाये।पर.. ?! अब आप ही बताए #10yearsOfSpecial26 ka Sequel बनना चाहिये कि नहीं? @akshaykumar (Today, our film Special 26 completes 10 years of its release. How many times have I asked our director @neerajpofficial to make part 2 of it. Now you tell me whether there should be a sequel to #10yearsofSpecial 26 or not? @akshaykumar)”

Replying to his tweet, Akshay wrote, “I’m ready if the script it ready. Asli power script mein hoti hai (The real power is in the script)”

Akshay is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi. The film which also stars Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha is slated to release on 24^th February.

On the other hand, Akshay will also be seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Tiger Shroff. Apart from this, Akshay also has Oh My God 2 with Pankaj Tripathi. For the uninitiated, Akshay is set to make his Marathi film debut with Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat. Akshay will also be seen in the remake of Tamil film Oo Sooraria Pottru with Radhika Madan.

Talking about Anupam Kher, he has The Signature with Mahima Chaudhary. The actor will also be seen in Shiv Shastri Balboa with Neena Gupta and Nargis Fakhri. The film is slated to release on 10^th February, 2023.
