Superstar Akshay Kumar opened up about facing criticism for his work ethic, particularly for doing multiple films a year, even during times when some projects underperformed. During the trailer launch event of Skyforce in Mumbai, Akshay Kumar opens up on being criticised.

During the trailer launch of Skyforce, Akshay Kumar was asked about the impact of doing multiple projects in a year. He said, “It’s been a great things. It’s not the film time this has happened the best part is to keep on working hard. Kahi logo ne mujhe kaha kaha hai aap ek ya do film kar lo sail mei, aap aaisi films karna chod do karna like the content based film. But these content-based films, that I don’t want to leave. I would keep on working on these kinds of films also and different other kinds of films, very proud when I made Sarfira though it did not work but I’m very proud m still saying it.”

Akshay Kumar’s prolific career, with hits like Kesari, Airlift, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa, proves his resilience and dedication. With Sky Force gearing up for release and more projects lined up. Skyforce is directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, and is a tribute to India’s unsung heroes, celebrating their courage, sacrifice, and camaraderie starring Akshay Kumar, Veer Pahariya and Sara Ali Khan.

It is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Amar Kaushik. The film will be released in theatres on 24th January 2025, perfectly timed for Republic Day week, promising an inspiring and patriotic start to the year.
