Has Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Namastey England’ shelved?

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Namastey London’ that hit the theatres in 2007 proved to be a blockbuster. And it was a while back that director Vipul Amrutlal Shah announced the second part of the film, titled ‘Namastey England.’

The movie has been long in the planning, but recent development suggests that it is not going on floors anytime soon. Apparently, Akshay did not quite like the story of the second part and was not happy with it. Apparently, the producer-director Vipul has now been asked to tweak the script.

‘Namastey London’ also starred Rishi Kapoor, Javed Sheikh, Upen Patel and Clive Standen in supporting roles.
