Akshay Kumar: ‘Tip Tip Barsa’ my favourite song among those with Raveena Tandon

Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon were one of the most iconic pairs of the ’90s. Their intense on-screen (and off-screen) chemistry is still adored by millions of cinema lovers.

Forget films, Akshay and Raveena were said to be sharing an extremely intimate bond even on the personal front. They not only were in a relationship for a couple of years, but we hear they were secretly engaged as well. However, their love didn’t find a shape and they split.

After some 25 years, ‘Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast’, an immensely popular track from ‘Mohra’ starring the duo is being recreated for Abbas-Mustan’s ‘Machine’. “It was a great honour working with her. We have done so many films together. We have good songs. I still remember ‘Tip Tip Barsa’ is my favourite song. It is an amazing song. We have done 4-5 films together, so it has been an honour,” he said.
