Akshay Kumar to promote ‘Airlift’ with Salman Khan in the finale week of ‘Bigg Boss 9’

Television Reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ is heading towards a grand finale in the coming next week. Hosted by Superstar Salman Khan, this season saw many big stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Varun Dhawan coming up for the promotions for their upcoming releases. So, the season which is gearing up for the finale week is certainly ending with a big bang with the arrival of ‘Khiladi’ Akshay Kumar.

Akshay Kumar who is busy in promotions of his next film ‘Airlift‘ on various platforms is ready to share the stage with his friend Salman Khan. According to sources, the actor will finish up the scheduled interviews with media and then head to Lonavala where the set of the show is placed. The actor will fly down in a chopper and will shoot for the weekend episode probably planned for a telecast in the next week.

Earlier, the actor had gone to promote his film ‘Khiladi 786’ on the show.

‘Airlift’ is directed by Raja Krishna Menon with Nimrat Kaur playing the female lead. The film is slated for a release on January 22, 2016.
