Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna and daughter Nitara celebrate Republic Day by hiking

India is celebrating its 70th Republic Day today. The whole nation is celebrating this occasion with great fervour and pride. Bollywood stars also took to their social media handles and wished everyone a very happy and prosperous Republic Day.

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is one actor, who is immensely patriotic and likes to wear his emotions on the sleeve. The ‘Airlift’ actor took to Instagram and shared a lovely pic with his wife Twinkle Khanna and daughter Nitara by hiking.

Akshay Kumar in recent times has done many films, which have social issues at its core. Akshay has come a long way in his acting career and over the last decade or so has tried many variations in his roles.

The Khiladi Kumar despite being busy with his films always makes a point to spend time with his family. Akshay is very close to his wife Twinkle and is a doting father to his children.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar has several films like ‘Kesari’, ‘Mission Mangal’, ‘Hosefull 4′ and ‘Suryavanshi’ in his kitty. He has already finished shooting for ‘Kesari’ and ‘Housefull 4’, and is currently busy with the shoot of ‘Mission Mangal’ and ‘Good News’.
