Pooja Bedi reveals why no boy proposed to her in college as she appears with Kabir Bedi, Alaya F on screen for the first time

Alaya F marks the third generation of actors in the Bedi familly after grandfather Kabir Bedi and mother Pooja Bedi. While the three of them belong to the same industry, they had never appeared on screen together. Recently, that feat was achieved when the three of them came on The Kapil Sharma Show.

On Sunday, Alaya F shared a series of pictures with grandfather Kabir Bedi and mother Pooja Bedi. The adorable pictures had the three Bedis share some cute moments with each other. Along with it, the young actress wrote, “3 generations coming together for the first time on the @kapilsharma show this Sunday… With my dearest Nana @ikabirbedi and my dearest mother @poojabediofficial (sic)”.

Pooja Bedi on why no boy proposed to her in college

In a teaser released from the show, host Kapil Sharma asks Pooja whether any boy dared to propose to her in college. Pooja gave a quirky answer to that saying because of her dad being Kabir Bedi, no one even dared. She said, “Papa ko dekhke, unka kad, unki height, unki personality dekh ke, kisi ki himmat nahi hui to even approach me in that manner. (Seeing dad’s height and his personality, no one even dared to approach me in that manner).” Using his signature wit, Kapil added to it saying, “Toh aapko is baat ka dukh hai (Do you feel sad about that?),” leaving everyone in splits.

Alaya F upcoming movies

On the work front, Alaya F was recently seen in the thriller U Turn. Up next, she has Sri with RajKummar Rao and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Kabir Bedi also recently appeared in the Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer Shaakuntalam. Whereas Pooja did an extended cameo in Masaba Masaba three years ago.
