Ali Fazal collaborates with the most celebrated Olympian of all time, Michael Phelps; Here’s why!

‘Mirzapur’ star Ali Fazal had left one and all impressed with his amazing transformation for the role of a gangster in a web series. Ali has always been inclined towards fitness (being a sports athlete himself). He is going to be training with the world’s most celebrated Olympian swimmer, Micheal Phelps who has won over 28 medals in his illustrious career. This move comes weeks after he was in the news for training under Mustafa Ahmed, one of Bollywood’s most iconic trainers whose client list boasts of names like Hrithik Roshan and Mahesh Babu.

This unique training session was organized in the capital on Wednesday courtesy of Mustafa who roped in Ali for this opportunity. Ali flew down to Delhi to attend this training session with Michael himself.

Speaking about it, Ali said, “It doesn’t get any bigger than Michael Phelps. The man is a legend and has achieved tons in his career. 28 medals from one single athlete is nothing short of legendary. When Mustafa told me about this opportunity, I didn’t even have to think twice. It’s a great opportunity to train with someone who’s a fitness inspiration for so many. It’s all thanks to Mustafa that this is being made possible.”

He further added, “Personally with Mustafa. For me, it’s been quite a journey to fitness. Meeting Michael was a huge fanboy moment this morning when I first met him in Delhi. Anyone who is familiar with his work, which I’m sure is a huge huge population of people, would get the sheer importance of this meeting and training session with him.”
