Ali Fazal, Richa Chadha make first public appearance after wedding; give gifts to paparazzi

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha hosted a star-studded reception for their Bollywood friends and colleagues in Mumbai on Tuesday night. The evening, saw several Bollywood stars like Hrithik Roshan, Vicky Kaushal and more in attendance. Before diving into the celebrations with friends the couple made their first public appearance at their Mumbai reception.

Richa was looking gorgeous dressed in a multicolour dress while Ali complimented her in a black Indo-Western outfit. The couple looked much in love with each other as they posed for the cameras. The couple also gave some gifts to the paparazzi gathered there.

Ali and Richa held their wedding ceremonies in New Delhi and Lucknow. The couple’s spokesperson revealed that they have been married for two and a half years now.

In a statement, the couple’s spokesperson said that they registered their wedding two-and-a-half years ago and are currently ‘celebrating their union with friends and family’. The statement read, “This is to clarify that Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have been legally married for 2.5 years when they registered their wedding. Currently, they are celebrating their union with friends and family.”

Richa and Ali first met on the sets of Fukrey in 2012. After dating for seven years, the Mirzapur star had proposed to Richa in 2019.

The couple is all  set to reunite onscreen for the third instalment of the franchise – Fukrey 3.
