Alia and I share great working relationship: Sidharth Malhotra

B-town youngsters Sidharth Malhotra & Alia Bhatt made their Bollywood debut together with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year’. After that, they never teamed up together before they both were approached for Shakun batra’s ‘Kapoor & Sons’. Meanwhile, there are rumours that they both have been seeing each other since a long time, though none of them acknowledged this. , However, looks like Sidharth prefers calling Alia his ‘great friend’!

“We are great friends and colleagues, and soon we have a film coming up called ‘Kapoor and Sons’,”- the actor said.

“We (Alia and I) have a great working relationship. I know her since my first film, so there is an emotional connect. We have always been there for each other’s films. We knew each other before we did films so that bond never changes”- he added.

‘Kapoor & Sons” is a romantic drama which also casts Pakistani actor Fawad Khan.” It (Kapoor and Sons) is not a proper love story. Hopefully, we will do a love story in the future. It is a love story, but it is about a family. It is not just about these two people alone, but about others like parents, brothers, grandparents and all”- Sidharth said about the film.

The film is slated to release on March 18, 2016
