Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor left for Delhi to attend the 69th National Film Awards scheduled at Vigyan Bhavan on Tuesday. Alia kept it simple yet stylish in an ethnic outfit. On the other hand, Ranbir rocked a casual look.

Alia opted for an ivory ethnic suit and heels. She carried a bag. The actress went for minimal makeup. Ranbir kept it cool in a black hoodie and pants. He completed his look with sunglasses. The actor waved goodbye to the paparazzi.

For the uninitiated, Alia Bhatt will be receiving her first National Film Award for Best Actor for her performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Alia won the Best Actor award with Kriti Sanon, who won for her performance in Mimi. Earlier Alia had shared a post celebrating her big win. A part of her caption read, “To Sanjay Sir…to the entire crew… to my family… to my team & last but most definitely not the least. To my audience… This national award is yours… because without you ALL none of this would be possible… seriously!! I am SO grateful… I do not take moments like these lightly… AndIhope to continue to entertain for as long as I can.”

On the work front, Alia last delivered a terrific performance in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with Ranveer Singh. The actress next has Vasan Bala’s Jigra which releases on 27th September, 2024.. On the other hand, Ranbir will be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Animal is slated to release on 22^nd December, 2023.
