Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor to host an intimate get-together instead of a grand wedding reception?

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are now husband and wife after the couple got married in a fairytale wedding ceremony on April 14. It was one of the most awaited weddings in Bollywood. Now the Raalia fans are left wondering when Alia and Ranbir will be having a wedding reception? While there have been reports that there will be no reception, looks like the celebration is not over yet.

Alia and Ranbir will not have a grand wedding reception, instead, they will host an intimate get-together for their B-Town friends at their home in Vastu today, as per a report by Etimes.

It was earlier said that Ranbir and Alia will host a grand wedding reception at Taj Hotels in Colaba or at the Taj Lands End in Bandra, but looks like those rumours are quashed with the new reports of an intimate party.

Earlier, on the wedding day, Alia and Ranbir made their first public appearance as husband and wife, Kapoor’s mother Neetu Kapoor had come out to greet the media with her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. She was asked by the paps about the wedding reception date, but Neetu had said that all festivities were over and there will be no more events.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor got married on April 14 and the wedding was attended by their close friends and family- Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji, Luv Ranjan, Akansha Ranjan, to name a few. The couple then came out to greet the media when Ranbir swept his wife away and it was the cutest sight ever.
