Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt dish out sister goals with their latest workout video, seen it yet?

Both Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt are workout buddies. Sisters Alia and Shaheen often share videos of them working out together. On Wednesday, Alia and Shaheen’s fitness trainer Sohrab Khushrushahi shared a video of the siblings working out in the gym. The latest video of Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt will leave you motivated to hit the gym.

Sohrab shared Alia-Shaheen’s workout video along with the caption, “When you put in the effort and hard work, it shows. That’s the best part about training. There are no shortcuts (at least not ones that are good for you)”

Talking about Alia and Shaheen, Sohrab wrote, “These two sisters have been quite the tag team these last few months. They’ve worked their socks off, they’ve pushed each other, not let the other one slack and are getting fitter every single day. @aliaabhatt and @shaheenb I think we’re doing pretty darn good and it’s only going to get better (for me, for y’all not so much) Only love for you two. #sohfit #bethebestyou #strongnotskinny #girlswholift.”

Alia, who is married to Ranbir Kapoor, welcomed their first child, daughter Raha last year. After welcoming daughter Raha, Alia returned back to the gym.

In December last year, Alia had shared a picture that showed her doing yoga. A part of her caption read, “One and a half months post-partum, after gradually re-building my connection with my core, and with full guidance from my teacher @anushkayoga I was able to attempt this invasion today. To my fellow mamas, listening to your body post delivery is key. Do NOT do anything your gut tells you not to.” Alia has been working hard and her post-pregnancy transformation is proof of that.

On the work front, Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The actress will be seen sharing screen space with her Gully Boy co-star Ranveer Singh in the same. The Karan Johar directorial also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani is slated to release on 28^th July, 2023.

That’s not all, Alia is set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone which also stars Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo, and Matthias Schweighofer. Alia’s Hollywood project will release in August on Netflix.
