Alia Bhatt blushes as she recalls watching Ranbir Kapoor onscreen for the first time: I felt a connection- WATCH

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor delivered terrific performances in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. Alia played the role of Isha whereas Ranbir played Shiva in the film. Brahmastra is doing well at the box office. Ranbir and Alia left no stone unturned to promote their fantasy drama. Now, in a video circulating on social media shows Alia gushing over her husband Ranbir Kapoor. The actress recalls seeing Ranbir on-screen the first time. The video will make you go ‘awww’.

Ranbir and Alia appeared on the popular Telugu game show called Cash to promote Brahmastra. On the show, Alia was asked if the rumours about her being in love with Ranbir for 11 years were true and she could not stop blushing.

Recalling the moment she saw Ranbir onscreen the first time, Alia said, “When I saw Ranbir first time onscreen, I was like, ‘something is there, some connection is there. I love this person’”. Ranbir can be seen looking at his beautiful wife and smiling.

On the other hand, Ranbir talked about the first time they met. The Brahmastra star revealed that he and Alia first met when they were doing an ad shoot for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Ranbir also went to reveal that SLB wanted to cast him and Alia in a film titled Balika Vadhu.

Ranbir and Alia won hearts with their chemistry in Brahmastra. According to the latest report, Ranbir and Alia are planning to do more films together in the future. India Today recently quoted a source saying, “Both Ranbir and Alia were waiting for Brahmastra’s release before deciding to work in a film again. They wanted to get feedback from the audience to explore more films in the future. They were offered films in the past, but the duo said no to them. However, the success of Brahmastra is making them explore more options together. They wish to do a romantic comedy together. About Brahmastra, they are really happy with the feedback received. In future, if any offer comes to them, they will consider if it is good.”

Ranbir and Alia tied the knot in April this year. The star couple is now expecting their first child together.
