Alia Bhatt casts a spell in London as she sings Ikk Kudi with Harshdeep Kaur – Watch

Alia Bhatt hosted the Hope Gala in London on Thursday evening to raise funds for underprivileged adolescents in India. The event was attended by musician Harshdeep Kaur, comedian Rohan Joshi and director Gurinder Chadha, among others. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress has shared a post giving a glimpse of joyous moments from the event. Amid this, we got our hands on a video which featured Alia Bhatt joining Harshdeep Kaur and singing Ikk Kudi.

While Harshdeep Kaur was performing the song, she approached Alia’s table and urged her to sing a few lines. Alia obliged and sang live at the venue. Sharing a video of same, the singer wrote, “Ik Kudi.. jidaa naam Alia. Such an honour performing last night for ‘Hope’ a Fundraiser organised by @salaambbayorg & @mo_hotels. Thank you @shamir.tandon for having me onboard for this one. My heart is filled with gratitude and love!” Ikk Kudi was originally sung by Diljit Dosanjh and a reprised version was sung by Diljit and Alia for the film Udta Punjab.

For the event, Alia stunned in an ivory coloured laced saree. For the red carpet, she had donned a bright maroon coloured dress.

On the work front, Alia will next be seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra. It also stars The Archies fame Vedang Raina alongside her and will be released on 24th September. She will next headline Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War alongside hubby Ranbir Kapoor. The movie also stars Vicky Kaushal and will release on Christmas in 2025. Apart from this, she also has YRF spy universe in her kitty. Meanwhile, she is very much a part of Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa alongside Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
