Alia Bhatt feels she and Ranbir Kapoor are ‘not do jism ek jaan’

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor recently starred together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva. Alia as Isha and Ranbir as Shiva won hearts with their chemistry in the film. Now, in a recent interview, Alia opened up about her experience of working with Ranbir in Brahmastra. The actress said that it was ‘easy’ to work with her husband. Alia also mentioned that she and Ranbir are ‘not do jism ek jaan’ kind of people and are ‘strong individuals’.

Alia told NDTV, “Ranbir and I are very strong individuals, especially me. I don’t mean he’s not a strong individual. But, we both respect our individual personalities and professional commitments together.”

The actress added, “We’re not do jism ek jaan kind of people. We have a beautiful equation as companions and we have an even better working relationship because we’re both passionate about movies.”

Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in April after dating for a few years. The couple is expecting their first child together. Alia announced her pregnancy in June. The actress keeps sharing stunning pictures of herself flaunting her baby bump and pregnancy glow.

On the other hand, apart from Ranbir and Alia, Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo as Mohan Bhargav has won hearts. Ayan recently confirmed spin-off of Shah Rukh Khan’s character Vanarastra. Fans are beyond excited. Brahmastra released on 9^th September and it has collected over Rs 360 crore worldwide.

Up next, Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Apart from this, she is also set to make her debut in Hollywood with Heart of Stone.
