ADORABLE! Alia Bhatt gives a glimpse of daughter Raha’s special customised gift ahead of Christmas

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first child, daughter Raha last month. The new parents are on cloud nine. A few days ago, Alia shared a blurry image featuring her, husband Ranbir and their daughter on Instagram. The actress revealed her baby girl’s name as ‘Raha’. And now, Alia took to her Instagram Stories and gave a glimpse of the special gift Raha received from Anita Shroff Adajania ahead of Christmas.

The customized baby quilt has Alia and Ranbir’s daughter’s name printed on it. The next one features Alia and Ranbir’s name on it. The gift is indeed special. Alia shared the pic and wrote, “thank you my dearest @anitashroffadajania @purkalstreeshakti.”

In the photo shared by Alia last week, Ranbir can be seen holding their baby girl. The blurry image featuring the new parents and Raha received a lot of love from fans. In her caption, Alia revealed the meaning behind her daughter’s name. A part of it read, “Raha, in its purest form means divine path, in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her – we felt it ALL!”

On the other hand, Alia recently made her first public appearance after welcoming her daughter. The actress attended sister Shaheen Bhatt’s birthday bash. She posed for pictures with mom Soni Razdan. Post daughter’s birth, Ranbir was spotted in the city many times. Earlier, a picture of Ranbir with his gym trainer went viral on social media.

On the work front, Alia and Ranbir have interesting projects in the pipeline. They were seen together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva. Alia will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She is also set to make her Hollywood debut with Heart of Gold, co-starring Gal Gadot, Jamie Dornan, Sophie Okonedo and Matthias Schweighofer.

Talking about Ranbir, he will be seen in Animal.
