Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan defends Rhea Chakraborty; calls her an innocent victim

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 as he committed suicide. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was caught up in the case later as she was called the prime suspect. Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau upon investigation in the drug probe. Along with Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty was also arrested by the NCB along with other drug peddlers.

Rhea recently got out on bail but she is yet picked on by trolls. Rhea is very close to Mahesh Bhatt and recently his wife defended Rhea. She called her an innocent victim of a twisted design. She also said that the people who put Rhea Chakraborty in jail have been exposed after her arrest.

Soni took to her Twitter and replied to a tweet about Rhea that read, “She went to jail and has possibly lost any chance at a career in Bollywood. Let’s see what happens to Arnab. Not sure anything will.”

Alia Bhatt’s mother wrote back that Rhea is an innocent victim, “She going to to jail has clearly exposed only the people who sent her there and shown that she was an innocent victim of a very twisted design. Why won’t anyone work with her ? I think she will do very well. I hope so anyway.”

Rhea Chakraborty spent a month in jail and now she is out on bail. The actress is not that active on social media but her pictures from a recent party did go viral. Meanwhile, on the work front, Rhea will soon be seen in Chehre in which she will be co-starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi.
