Alia Bhatt buys her third flat with a whopping amount; deets inside

Alia Bhatt is currently not only one of the successful actors in Bollywood but also one of the bankable celebs in town. With movies like ‘Highway’, ‘Dear Zindagi’ and ‘Raazi’ among others, she has not only earned name and fame but also pocketed a good amount of money. At the age of 25, she has achieved a lot in both professional and personal life. Alia has bought her third property in Juhu and the report in DNA says that she invested a whopping amount of Rs 13.11 crore to purchase the 2,300 square feet apartment.

The report further says that Alia’s flat is on the first floor and she has paid double the price for the flat whose rate was earlier Rs 7.86 crore. Alia had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 65.55 lakhs for the property and she got two open parking spaces along with the apartment.

Sangeet Hemant Kumar, of SHK Ventures, was quoted as saying, “There’s a premium attached to these properties and going by the rate, the price that Bhatt paid for this property isn’t very high. The property is exactly like a house a celebrity would like to invest in.”

Alia has two more properties in Juhu that she bought from Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher for Rs 5.16 crore and Rs 3.83 crore in 2015.

On the work front, she is currently gearing for Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ that has Ranveer Singh opposite her. Also, she will be seen in ‘Brahmastra’, ‘Kalank’ and ‘Takht’.
