Alia Bhatt reveals how motherhood changed her post welcoming daughter Raha Kapoor

Actor Alia Bhatt who is one of the most sought-after actors in Bollywood recently embraced motherhood by welcoming a daughter, named Raha Kapoor. In November, she even shared a glimpse of her daughter where we get to see Ranbir Kapoor carrying their daughter in his arms. Amidst basking in all the congratulations from fans and friends, Alia, for the first time, spoke about motherhood and it is heartwarming.

During an interview with Variety, Alia said, “Motherhood has changed me so much in the span of — I mean, it’s, as I give this interview, it’s barely been a month, just over three weeks, but I don’t know about how it’s going to change the way I pick my roles yet because I haven’t gotten to thinking about that.”

“But it’s changed the way I look at everything. I just think my heart is a little bit more open than it was before, I don’t know what change that is going to bring about. But we’ll see. I’m excited to see how that journey pans out,” the Gangubai Kathiawadi added.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed a daughter Raha Kapoor on November 6. After the arrival of their daughter, Alia shared an official statement, saying, “And in the best news of our lives:- Our baby is here and what a magical girl she is (heart emoji) We are officially bursting with love- blessed and obsessed parents!! Love love love Alia and Ranbir”

During an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, before the delivery, Alia spoke about motherhood and said, “It feels exciting, nerve-wracking, all of those things put together. But it is like a facet that I can’t wait to experience. And I will do so with utmost dedication as every parent tries to be the best parent in the world. I will try with all my mind and will also try to be that actor that I have always been to satisfy my desires and wants because that’s an important part of who I am as well. So, that doesn’t change.”
