Is this how Alia Bhatt tried to make Ranbir a part of his grandmom’s last rites?

Krishna Raj Kapoor, who is also known as the ‘First Lady of the Film Fraternity’, passed away on Monday (October 1) due to cardiac arrest. All the stalwarts of Bollywood including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Karan Johar, Kiran Rao, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Rani Mukherji, Kajol and the entire Kapoor family including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Babita Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Rima Jain, Aadar Jain were present to pay their last respects to Krishna Raj Kapoor.

Krishna’s son Rishi Kapoor, his wife Neetu Singh and grandson Ranbir Kapoor were missing at the funeral. The reason being that Rishi is unwell and is currently undergoing treatment in the United States of America. Also, Ranbir and Neetu to make Ranbir a part of the ceremony. In a video that has surfaced on the internet, we see Alia trying to FaceTime with Ranbir. His initials are flashed on Alia’s phone screen. Also, we see pictures of Alia consoling Riddhima.

Alia and Ranbir have not yet made their relationship official but every now and then, they give us a hint of being in a relationship. On the professional front, the duo will be sharing the same screen together for the first time in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy.
