Alia Bhatt shares a glimpse of cat Edward as he reviews Darlings Trailer – WATCH

Alia Bhatt is on a roll with some lucrative projects in her kitty, the actress has also donned the hat of a producer.  She has co-produced a dark comedy Darlings with Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress is presently busy with the promotions of her film.

Now a video shared by Alia Bhatt is trending, it has the actress asking her pet cat Edward whether he liked her film Darlings. The video also gives fans a sneak peek into her cosy home with Ranbir Kapoor.

In the video, Alia Bhatt is heard asking her pet if he liked the Darling trailer. While Edward steals the show, we also get a glimpse of Alia’s cosy drawing room filled with light tones. Alia also has another cat by the name of Juniper.

Alia Bhatt’s Darlings is a unique story of a quirky mother-daughter duo navigating through crazy circumstances as they try to find their place in the world. The dark comedy is set in Mumbai against the backdrop of a conservative lower middle-class neighbourhood. It traces the lives of these two women as they find courage and love in exceptional circumstances.

Darlings is helmed by Jasmeet K Reen. The movie marks Alia’s second collaboration with Vijay Verma. They were earlier a part of Zoya Akhtar’s hit flick Gully Boy. Darlings also feature Shefali Shah, Vijay Verma, Roshan Mathew and more in pivotal roles.
The movie will premiere on Netflix on August 5.
