Alia Bhatt to feature in Baahubali director SS Rajamouli’s next project ‘RRR’?

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has got one more project in her kitty. Alia Bhatt, who made her Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Student of The Year’, has emerged as one of the most talented actresses of B-Town. The ‘Raazi’ actress, who is busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Gully Boy’, has been roped in for ‘Baahubali’ director SS Rajamouli’s next project.

According to reports, SS Rajamouli has approached Alia Bhatt for his upcoming Telugu project titled ‘RRR’. The film will feature Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, “Alia will be tied up with promotions of her upcoming films and the shoot of ‘Brahmastra’ in the next few months. At the moment, she is trying to figure out dates for the Rajamouli film after wrapping up ongoing commitments.”

Besides this, there are reports doing the rounds that Alia has been approached to play the lead role in the sequel of Karan Johar’s ‘Dostana‘. The film had John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. However, the ‘Dear Zindagi’ actress has not confirmed anything as of now.

Post ‘Gully Boy’, Alia will be seen sharing screen space with his ‘Student of The Year’ co-star Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in Abhishek Verman’s ‘Kalank’. The period drama is slated to release on April 19.

On Christmas 2019,  Alia’s first collaboration with her real-life boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor will also hit the screens. The couple has teamed up for Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ which also features Amitabh Bachchan in a vital role.
