Alia Bhatt wins hearts with a sweet gesture amidst Coronavirus lockdown

Alia Bhatt is one of the most promising actresses in Bollywood. She is much loved for her acting and bubbly persona. The ‘Highway’ actress has given her fans one more reason to her love her as she made a very kind gesture amidst the Coronavirus lockdown. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the frontline workers have been working day and night because of the number of patients have been increasing by the day. Alia thanked these frontline workers with goody boxes.

Alia Bhatt took it upon herself to make these frontline workers feel special with a little goody box full of delicacies. Dr Shripad Gangapurkar, currently working in KEM hospital, shared a picture of this box full of a bar of chocolate, a sweet bun, a tetra pack of apple juice, an apple and few more things. But, what also made this extra special was Alia had left a little note inside that read ‘Thank You’.

The doctor thanked the actress in his tweet that read, “Thank you @aliaa08 for such a sweet surprise..much appreciated in these bitter times of pandemic..!!”

When someone asked him what is it, Dr Shripad replied, “Aliaa sent chocolates as a token of gratitude to all the doctors and health care workers out there fighting the coronavirus pandemic in Mumbai.”
