Alia Bhatt wishes her ‘wonder-astra’ Ayan Mukerji with a sweetest birthday note

Filmmaker Ayan Mukerji is celebrating his birthday today. The filmmaker turned 39 on August 15. On his special day good friend Alia Bhatt shared a sweetest birthday wish for him. The Raazi star took to Instagram and shared some BTS pics from the sets of Brahmastra.

Alia Bhatt also penned a sweet wish for Ayan Mukerji on his birthday. It read, “happy birthday my wonder-Astra. You amaze me everyday! I love you so much. Love and light for life baby (a slew of star emojis)”.

Not only Alia Bhatt, but Karan Johar too had a special wish for the filmmaker. The Dharma Production head honchi sharing an unseen pic of them together penned an emotional note. In the post Karan has expressed his love and admiration for Ayan Mukerji. He has further added how he feels protective about him just the way he does for his twins. Johar feels that Ayan’s commitment and hard work are already a victory for him.

Ayan Mukerji’s much awaited fantasy adventure drama Brahmastra will soon release in theatres. The movie features Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone reportedly have cameos. Brahmastra will release on the 9th of September.
