Alia Bhatt’s COVID test result is out; Brahmastra actress isolates herself

Alia Bhatt who is under quarantine, her Covid-19 result is out. She has tested negative. After her beau, Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali tested positive, she quarantined herself and took the test. Thankfully, the Gangubai Kathiawadi actress’ result is negative.

A source told ETimes that Alia takes the test nearly every day and today she has tested negative but has still isolated herself. Ranbir had contracted the deadly virus on the sets of Brahmastra and the shoot was immediately stalled.

Today, Neetu Kapoor confirmed that Ranbir had tested positive for Covid-19. She shared the news on Instagram where she wrote that Ranbir is on medication, recovering well and following all precautions. “Thank you for your concern and your good wishes Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well . He is in self quarantine at home and following all precautions ?(sic),” Neetu wrote alongside a picture of Ranbir.

Alia was working with both Ranbir and SLB. So, she had to take the test as a precautionary measure. Earlier today, a reliable source informed us that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has tested Covid-19 positive and he is currently quarantining in his office and his mother has also taken a COVID test. Gangubai Kathiawadi cast and crew are also being tested for the same.

Earlier, celebs like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, Neetu Kapoor, and Varun Dhawan among others tested Covid positive. They all are fine now.
